HITS 106 - Y102 - KGFW MOM and ME Photo Contest. How does it work?

1. No purchase is necessary to enter or win Station’s Mom and Me Photo Contest (“Contest”).

2. The contest is open to legal US residents at least 18 years old living within 100 miles of the Station’s studios at

the address above.

3. The Mom and Me Contest runs from April 20, 2015 to May 8, 2015, in 2 parts. The winner will be announced on

May 8, 2015 at 9 a.m.

Contestants may upload their photos according to these rules beginning at 12a.m. on April 20, and continuing

through 11:59pm. May 3, 2015.

Voting will begin at 12am May 4, 2015 and will continue through 8am. May 8, 2015.

4. The registration/entry process will require you to register with the game administrator, UPICKEM, to upload

photos and /or to vote. Complete the online registration/entry form by submitting the Entrant’s name, address,

phone number and e-mail address. Limit one (1) registered UPICKEM account per e-mail address and limit

one (1) contest entry per UPICKEM account.

5. Click on the “Upload Photo” tab and submit one (1) photo (as defined by requirements in Section five of Official Rules) depicting you and your child or children or grandchildren. Photo must include Mom/Grandma and children.
